Framework’s August 2026 Specials: Companion Passes and Industry Night

This month, Framework is introducing two new ways to sweat, shiver, and socialize in Nashville. New Fuse and Fortify members can bring a guest every day during their first 30 days with the Companion Pass. Nashville hospitality and music industry workers can also receive 50% off a single sauna and cold plunge session every Monday.
Here’s how each offer works.
Join in August and bring a guest every day
New members who join a Fuse or Fortify membership in August 2026 will receive one additional guest pass every day for their first 30 days. That daily pass is in addition to the guest passes already included with the membership. Bring your training partner one day, your best friend the next, or keep introducing new people to your hot-and-cold routine all month.
The Companion Pass is available with the following memberships:
Flagship Fuse: Eight sessions per month, plus three standard guest passes.
Flagship Fortify: Unlimited sessions, plus six standard guest passes.
Backyard Fuse: Eight sessions per month, plus two standard guest passes.
Backyard Fortify: Unlimited sessions, plus four standard guest passes.
New members must join during August to receive the Companion Pass. The offer is available for Fuse and Fortify memberships only.
Nashville Industry Night is every Monday
Framework is also making Monday a little more restorative for the people who keep Nashville moving. Hospitality and music industry workers receive 50% off a single sauna and cold plunge session every Monday at both Framework locations. Simply tell us where you work when you check in.
The Industry Night discount is available at:
Wedgewood-Houston Flagship, where standard single sessions are $35 on weekdays
East Nashville Backyard, where standard single sessions are $25 on weekdays
That brings an Industry Night session to $17.50 at Flagship or $12.50 at Backyard. Whether your week ends on Monday or is just getting started, consider this your standing invitation to reset.
Two locations. One Framework.
Both Framework locations offer traditional sauna and commercial-grade cold plunge tubs, with a different setting for every kind of practice. The Wedgewood-Houston Flagship offers indoor and outdoor contrast therapy, social and silent saunas, full-service locker rooms, The Café, SAVA Sound Journeys and private rooms. The East Nashville Backyard is a fully outdoor experience with a 190°F social sauna, cold tubs ranging from 40–60°F and a relaxed neighborhood feel.
