Parking update for WeHo Flagship

The lot directly next to Framework is now paid parking. Members and guests can continue to park free behind/above our space on Rains Ave (behind the patio).

Set your GPS to 110 Rains Ave. Park in the gravel lot and walk down the stairs at the south end of the lot to the Framework building—you'll come out by the parking lot studio-side. Walk along the sidewalk to the front entrance of the studio, facing 4th Ave S.

Tips:

  • Give yourself a minute or two the first time to find the Rains Ave. lot.

  • The lot is unstriped—park in an orderly way to maximize space for others.

  • Please leave the small area in front of the building available for guests who are disabled, injured, or elderly.
