This class is designed to welcome both new enthusiasts and seasoned practitioners. The 50 minute pilates session focuses on utilizing Studio Pilates’ contemporary approach to the classical mat repertoire to enhance stability, core strength, and flexibility, and also includes guided cold plunge and sauna following class. Prepare for a comprehensive workout that not only challenges your body but also leaves you feeling rejuvenated and perfectly aligned!

Wear and/or bring your swimsuit along with yoga/workout clothes (no shoes needed!). Mats available or bring your own. We'll have everything else you need, including hydration, hot traditional sauna, multiple cold tub temperatures, hydration/fuel, towels, and locker rooms.
